The Platform

The courses of HT Servizi may be supported on any platform that uses the SCORM standard. HT Services platform that offers its customers is Moodle.

Moodle is an open source platform (www.moodle.org) well known in both public and private environment is very stable and widespread in Italy and worldwide. The platform is a Course Management System developed in PHP language and pedagogical principles that help the educator to create an efficient and interactive distance learning system.

HT Servizi provides the platform for free to the client in ASP. On customer's wish the platform can also be installed at the customer's technology environment. The environment is prepared with customer's logo. The graphical interface of the platform will allow easy navigation for users. It is not necessary to have deep knowledge of information systems in order to easily navigate interactively with the interface. With a simple click on hypertext content, you can navigate the menus until you reach the courses. Also all the services, in addition to courses, such as forums, news, diaries, chat rooms are easy to access and are activated upon customer request.

The courses of HT Servizi may still be resting on any platform that uses the SCORM standard.

The learner can access the platform via the Internet both in the company or at home.

The platform enables the activation of three main profiles: administrator, teacher, student.

Teacher / tutor: it has the ability to build courses, enroll students, active forums, define tasks, monitor the work of students and access the tracking systems and evaluation.

Student: Students can access courses, answer questions, a dynamic interface with the teacher or with fellow students via email, chat. boards. At any time can assess their performance by accessing the full list of its self-assessment test. The course material is always available to him as a reference library and post course can be downloaded and printed at any time.

 

Accessibility

In general, the Moodle platform meets the technical requirements of accessibility as the main reference models of national and international such as:

a) Recommendation of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and in particular the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI);

b) Standards and specifications set out in the field of accessibility by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO);

d) Circular AIPA of September 6th, 2001 "Criteria and instruments to improve the accessibility of web sites and computer applications for handicapped persons" and the Ministerial Decree July 8, 2005
